I think it is a great idea and addresses the question of how to get value from people that use open source software without paying subscription fees.  Maybe this program, or a program like it could be offered to customers as well?  I think that this is the intent of &lt;a href="http://www.jahia.org/jahia/page336.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;Jahia's odd licensing models&lt;/a&gt; which seem a little too forceful and arbitrary. &lt;/p&gt;
