New blog look, new blog url

In other news, I finally decided to tweak the look of my blog a bit (and give it its own domain name.)
The new look happened after George got me thinking about Shel Silverstein when we were at the Vancouver PHP Conference. I wanted to do something that was a bit similar to Shel's great illustrations.
