Polymorph: Zak Greant's Blog

Spanky! :)

My OSCON proposal was accepted. Also, I am lucky to have a session that I will co-present with Monty on grokking the MySQL source code.

My own session is a three-hour tutorial on building applications that protect sensitive data. A good part of this tutorial is based on ideas from Peter Wayner's rather excellent Translucent Databases book. Thankfully, I have Peter's blessing to do this, so hopefully he will not kick my ass the next time that I see him. :) In fact, that reminds me - I should put up a blog entry for the Translucent Databases book.
