At long last, we now have strong PHP conference in both Europe and North America. The US event is called PHPCon 2002 and will be held in San Francisco on October 24th and 25th.

I have one of the speaking slots for the event and will be presenting a talk on PHP and MySQL basics titled Putting the MP in LAMP: An Introduction to MySQL and PHP
