MoFo Weekly Report 2007-06-01
Frank and I traveled to Cambridge, MA, USA to attend the Berkman Center’s Internet & Society 2007 event. We attended to both to learn what academics were doing in areas that interest us (such as transparency, public service, etc.) and to share concerns that we have and lessons that we have learned from our activities.
While at the event, I had a chance to catch up with fellow Internet as a Public Good conference organizers and participants to discuss how to structure the event in light of some of the difficulties we’ve had getting everything structured as we would like. Also solicited additional attendees for the event from some of the IS2K7 crowd.
Next Week

- Work on proposal for restructuring how the Internet as a Public Good Symposium will be run.
